This course is all about you, but unless you tell me what you need or any problems you’re having, I can’t help you. Thus, contact me when you have questions or concerns. While I have some ways to contact me below, I’m always open to finding a mutually convenient time and/or place that works for you.

I will be available via phone or zoom in the  time immediately preceding our class so from around 1:00pm-3:00pm every Tuesday.
