As a part of the Publishing & New Media course, a team of three graduate students created an e-book version of a cookbook using produce available at the Northside Farmer’s Market. Supported by the Northside Community Fund, the Northside Farmer’s Market needed a way to help publicize the farmer’s market and gain interest. This cookbook includes recipes and profiles from the farmers who supply produce to the farmer’s market. Created in an interactive pdf format so that it can be read regardless of device, this cookbook is an example of e-publishing.
